In the United States, we work with more than 100 lenders nationwide to help facilitate financing solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
We respect the time and effort of everyone involved in the financing process, including borrowers, sponsors, project owners, lenders, and referral partners. Our goal is to approach each opportunity with professionalism, transparency, and a clear understanding of what is appropriate for each transaction.
We respond promptly to inquiries and are direct with potential clients about whether we believe we can assist with their financing request.
We treat each transaction as private and confidential. Client information and transaction details are protected by confidentiality agreements, and we do not disclose or use client information to market our services or secure business from third parties.
We do not believe in excessive or unreasonable fees. Our compensation is structured to be competitive and generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total gross loan amount or total requested funding amount, depending on the size, structure, and complexity of the transaction.
