Extensive Lender Network
We work with an extensive network of national and international lenders and funding sources to identify financing options suitable for our clients’ commercial financing needs. Our network includes more than 100 lenders and funding providers, including private financial institutions, commercial lenders, conventional lenders, private credit providers, wholesale funding sources, private investment banks, alternative lenders, private money lenders, and non-bank lenders.
Fee Structure
We maintain a transparent fee structure so clients understand the cost of our services before we begin an engagement. We believe in being direct, realistic, and professional in evaluating financing opportunities. We do not overpromise outcomes, and we move forward only when we believe a transaction can be presented in a credible, lender-ready manner.
We may charge a consulting, advisory, or transaction-related fee for our work in evaluating, structuring, and facilitating commercial loan opportunities and structured debt financing solutions. Our transaction-related fee generally ranges from 1% to 3% of the total financing amount, depending on the size, complexity, structure, and scope of the financing request.
For transactions that are:
(a) Greater than Ten Million United States Dollars (USD 10,000,000); and
(b) Determined by us to involve significant complexity, size, or advisory work, a retainer fee may be required to formally engage our services.
Except for any applicable retainer or separately agreed advisory fee, we do not receive our transaction-related compensation unless the client successfully obtains funding from a lender or funding source we introduced, typically at closing or upon the first disbursement of funds.
